Application for Final Year Student who wish to Stay Back During the Holiday
Dear all,
Please take note of the below Rules and Regulations
These smart steps may help you :
1. Call RC office desk of your respective village, and ask the supervisor in charge when they will start to charge for final year students that stay for their final year project
2. Before the day that all residents are being charged, all the residents should pay the extra fee (for staying during holiday) at the finance department (beside IRC)
3. Submit the receipt that you have got from the finance department to the office
4. Stick the notice that you have got the approval form supervisor from office outside your room door
5. Finally, you can start your final year project calmly, good luck.
Thank you in advance for following all the rules by Residential College management.
p/s: Warning! if you happen to broke the rules, you will be fined RM50 + for rent fees too...

How to Book a Meeting Room at the Cafe?
These are the steps students can take if wanted to book the meeting rooms in cafe.
1. Meet the supervisor at the respective village office for
ASKING THE AVAILABILITY OF THE ROOM and for the BOOKING PURPOSE ONLY (depends on which room you want to use)
Here is the detail :
MEETING ROOM V2 (v2 foyer) >> block O office
MEETING ROOM V3 >> v3 office
MEETING ROOM V4 >> v4 office
MEETING ROOM V5 >> v5 office
RC MEETING ROOM (v2) >> kak Safinah (013-4331959)
2. Get the room key one day before the meeting or during office hour and pay your deposits..
3. After use, please return the room key and you will get back your deposits

Working Schedule during Puasa Month
Dear students and RC staff,
Below are the refined working schedule for RC during puasa month.
Time: 8.30am - 4.30pm. (Open at lunch time 12.30 - 1.30pm; considered as working hour.)
Effective starting 10 August 2010.

How to Book a Room for Next Semester?
If you wanted to change to another room next semester or wanted to book a room after your internship, this is what you can do:
1) Write a letter
In the letter you should have:
- your details + your request to have a room
- reason(s)
2) Send the letter to your village supervisor and cc to Mr. Talhah, Manager of Residential Village.
Mr Talhah's email: talhah_hasan@petronas.com.my
3) Get confirmation call from village supervisor after they had approved and confirm your application.
That's all!

-specific room you want to move to (put in table form)
